Most device repairs are completed within 24-48 hours. Simple repairs like screen replacements can often be done the same day. Complex issues may take longer, but we'll give you a clear timeline upfront.

How much do your services cost?
Remote support sessions start at $75, on-site visits start at $125. Device repair pricing varies by device and issue. We always provide a free estimate before beginning any work, so there are never any surprises.
Do you offer warranties on repairs?
Yes! All device repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue occurs within 30 days, we'll fix it at no additional charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. For business clients, we can also arrange NET-30 payment terms with approved credit.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees ever. Our pricing is completely transparent. The estimate we provide is exactly what you'll pay, unless you approve additional work that we discover during the repair process.
Do you offer discounts for businesses or multiple devices?

How does remote support work?
We use secure remote access software to connect to your computer over the internet. You'll see everything we're doing on your screen, and we can only access your computer when you explicitly allow it. It's safe, secure, and often faster than on-site visits.
What if you can't fix my problem remotely?
If we can't resolve your issue remotely, we'll schedule an on-site visit. We'll apply the remote support fee toward the on-site service, so you're not paying twice.
Do you provide ongoing IT support for businesses?
Yes! We offer managed IT services including proactive monitoring, regular maintenance, security updates, and priority support. Contact us to discuss a custom support plan for your business.
